Lovely to hear from you gorgeous. How are you going??
I have watched 8 DVD's out of my 9 hyper sessions so far and have learnt don't watch sad ones while I am in the chamber as
1. I am not allowed a tissue in there to wipe away the tears.
2. I can't just turn it off and say I not watching it.
3. I can't go anywhere to get away from the sadness so you just have to keep watching it.
One good lesson learnt :-) I am off to the video store and heading for the comedy section only.
9 sessions down so only 26 to go.........
I will get there don't you worry about that. I have so many people that inspire me to make it.
