Dear Janey
I was just thinking as I was opening my post that you are such a lovely lady and I was so happy to see the post was from you as you seem like such a beautiful person.
So I had a little cry at your words as they are so sweet. It is the first cry since getting the news but I am sure it won't be the last. I am sitting hear writing this and my heart is a bit achey and tears rolling down my face but it won't last long cause I just have to pick myself up and carry on as for me this journey is far from over. I am thinking that I have so much to do before 7th October. Got to have everything organised, bills paid, house clean, dog clean and all that stuff because I know this treatment is going to take such a large chunk out of my day and I am not sure how I will feel after them. It seems it does affect your eyesight which continues afterwards for about 3 months so I won't be able to drive alot so that will be interesting for me.
I really do thank you for your post and I am glad that you have made me cry as I guess I am over the numbness I have been feeling and can move on. Crying is healing so that is good.
Like you I will soon be having breast surgery but are yet to discuss the nitty gritty with my surgeon but I don't think I will be lucky enough to make choices because they won't have much to work with with my alien boob so will have to wait and see.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I hope your healing and happy with your surgery. I wish you nothing but the best.
Luv today, tomorrow and forever, Mich xoxoxoxoxoxox
