just been diagnosed today wtih Triple negative, :(
This is after having breast cancer in dec 2007 and spending all of 2008 with chem and radiation.
was not prepared for the news today ...

I agree with Joy. I have had counselling as well and found this extremely helpful. I have never been one for that sort of thing before but with this bloomin BC, it's a whole new ball game.
