I was told by my Oncologist that the bone pain I experienced was not caused by the Neulasta but it was the Docetaxol. She also changed my Dexamethasone regimen to ease the pain which helped take the edge off. With my AC treatment prior to switching to Docetaxel I was in hospital twice with very low neutrophil counts but then I was put on Neulasta and no more problems with low white blood cell counts. Docetaxel was the culprit for the bone pain though. My husband 'affectionately' called it Doceshit :)
