All Finished :)

Today was my last day of radiation treatment. I was emotional as Ive made a new family whilst staying at Centenary House-Traralgon, ( Latrobe Regional Hospital, Gippsland). I'll stay in touch with my friends as we're all not too far away. They are alot older thsan me, and took me under their wings, even tho they too were having treatment.

My cancer is all gone!!! I can't believe it! 9 months ago i was on here dieing and in a mess over chemo! I still have the effects; nails, skin, sleep disturbance, but otherwise im fine. My hairs covered my head, no curls yet tho. Im burnt brown from radiation, and pretty tired, but compared to chemo, its a walk in the park!

I cant express my gratitude and thanks enough to to Latrobe Hospital and the staff who looked after me, they are amazing!!!

I have follow up appointments til december, then its back to 12 monthly visits. I'll have a life soon, belonging to me, not the Drs!

We move into our new home this wknd as well, so ill be kept busy for awhile.
