Funny about tamoxifen vs letrozole re bone density, I am turning out to be the exception to most rules, took tamoxifen for 4 yrs, ate well, did weight training to strengthen my bones, ended up osteoporotic any way , my worst was -2.9, and am now on letrozole anyway...and already have a nail in my right femur. What the hell will be next. I don't really want to know.
