Hi- that AC chemo is the hardest on your body, Cath62 is right . I have a Portacath which I asked for as soon I knew about treatment regime -I knew my venous access was going to be a nightmare ( i also pop into oncology whenever I need regular bloods , rather than run gauntlet with pathology co. As they can’t access Portacath). I love it
imthink taxcel, usually easier too although just be aware of side effects like peripheral neuropathy and discuss that with staff so if it occurs it can be managed .
you will have good days and then you’ll,have bad days so the trick is to work out best way for you to cope. It’s good that you’re seeing psychologist . Hopefully you have some support around you ?family ?friends .
I also, found walking very good when I could manage it -helped with the depression and anxiety and made me feel better even when coping with chemo. Feel, free to hop on here too, we know how you feel .
hugs to you
