Advice needed starting chemo 27/8
Hi everyone, I have my first chemo session on Thursday . I was hoping for some advice regarding how I should prepare , what should I take me and any tips for post round 1 chemo would be much appreciat...
Take something to do that you enjoy, knitting, crosswords etc, take some music and something to munch on. For preparation for once you get home, have on hand, heartburn tablets, gastro stop, constipation unblockers, panadol. You may not need any of them, but be prepared so you are not awake all night. I actually am a crazy person so I spent most of my chemo time chatting to everyone else who were having treatment.
