I feel like I'm stalking you, but yes. Ive tried acupuncture for persistent fluid in one 'foob" and intermittent issues in my left arm. To be honest, it didn't seem to make much difference. What has helped is yoga and, probably more so, Body Balance classes at the local YMCA. Sun salutations that involve holding raised arms then move to down dog activate those pesky lymph systems. Warrior poses are great. Anything that creates tension then release in the affected parts.
That approach won't suit everyone, but it's worth a go if you are well enough. It's also cheaper :) Mxx
