The fish oil will help and so will ginger. Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory. You could try ginger tea or including it in your meals. We had a lot of ginger in a stir fry last night and i could feel the difference this morning! Exercise does help to get everything moving too.
I am having trouble with my lymph system at the moment and lymphatic massage is easing the discomfort in my joints as is aqua aerobics.
It is hard to know what the exact cause is but I find the more I move the better I feel. Deanne xxx
