I just had my first dose of AC and I also used the cold cap. The anxiety before was bad but the actual infusion was fine. They give you anti sickness tablets beforehand.I felt a bit nausiated and tired after and foggy in the head. Definately get someone to drive you home especially if you have to travel far.I did. I was fine for the first 2 days after but then it really hit me on the third day.couldn't get out of bed for 2 days completley exausted. I could still eat but nothing could prepare me for the constipation OMG. Make sure you have medication on hand incase this happens, I didn't.I started to recover on the 5th day , 6th day I feel almost normal and started walking my dog again. It is a week today and I seem o.k .
