Hi Toni!! Just wanting to see how you got on!! It is alot to take on board hope you survived the first cycle ok. You are right though there's not alot of support for women our age!! Try not to worry too much about what the naturopath says, they will always tell you the opposite of a doctor!!! Do what you feel is right for you and eat when you want!! If you need any good sites for hats I have 2 that I've ordered from, one is called hat house and the other is hat show both Aussie online sites and prompt delivery.
