Glad to help in any way I can. So sorry you are facing this decision, but at least you are armed with questions and you know about skin sparing mastectomy. Also good for you to know that a product called flex hd acellular dermis has started to be used in australia for reconstruction. It has been used in the states for over 10 years and gives better results for expander implant immediate reconstruction. If I can help in any other way let me know. Take care and best wishes.
