Oh Susan,

All I can say is find yourself a great, not good, but great/fantastic/brilliant plastic surgeon.  Where are you located? If you are in Sydney or Melbourne there are many ladies on this site who can recommend a PS for you.

My PS was Hamish Farrow in Melbourne, he doe's public work out of the Austin Hospital.  I also saw a PS in Sydney who was wonderful.
