hi just wanting to know if there is anyone who has had a nipple reconstruction as i hav had the masectomy in feb 2011 and finished chemo now waiting on further surgery. At the moment being in winter i only hav one head light flashing so am eager to get this nipple done before summer as im sure it will be noticeable in bikinis but with no hair yet wont be wanting to head down to the beach with a wig on either. Everything is a procedure and takes time i suppose we just want to look and feel normal it just makes us feel that little bit better. am looking forward to my first tattoo also but hav to wait several months till nipple reconstruction is healed. if anyone has experienced either would love to hear from you cheers elisa
