In hospital one if the nurses wrapped up up towel and taped it up as a kind of padding for me to hold against myself which helped with coughing and things that jerked my tummy so I got Ian to do the same thing at home. I held on tight to it when I laughed and it saved me from too much pain. It's been my constant companion :)
Yes it was really lovely to see my mum. You never quite stop being a little daughter do you when it comes to your mum.
