6 month mammogram results: show tumour has returned

I'm 31. Hoping I just had a change hormone therapy at this stage. I really do not want to go through Chemotherapy before the wedding. 

I get the results on the Monday. :/ Feel nervous just thinking about it. 

Thanks heaps Joy. Sometimes my friends dont really understand what im going through so I come here for the support and advice.
