All the best for today. I hope you did have some retail therapy, even if it's just a hand cream. Candles work for me (especially the beautiful aromatic ones) I bought a new bra yesterday (for no particular reason!!) or it's makeup or a $5 bunch of flowers from Aldi!!
5 years is a major achievement. I hope you're still proud of your achievements. Sending yo more strength for today
