I too had severe burns dressings 3 times a day.the last 5 they wanted to stop, but no way. I remember that itch oh it's the worst thing, I to had the dressings similar to jelonet net and solugel creme with large cotton pad over the whole boob which was amazing. Surprisingly enough it healed quite quickly, but remained red for ages. Make sure you still moisturise for ages after, I even still use the sorbelene soap. Regards adean
