Have you got a temperature? A low level infection may have the effects you describe but also may be hard to detect. Go back if it doesn't clear very soon. Now is a really good time to get used to making sure that your concerns and feelings are heard by your medical team. They may know more than you about cancer, but you know more about you. Best wishes.
