@MezDiaz - Are you still in hospital & lying down a lot? Sometimes the after effects of an anaesthetic can make you feel a bit crook too - and can take up to a week to work out of your system. I think drinking plenty of water can help wash it out.
Absolutely, as @sister says - check with the nurse if you don't feel right!
Having said that - you may also need to be particularly careful when getting out of bed for any reason, specially at night - as that is when you may be at your most vulnerable. (I used to throw up from anaesthetic & pass out after getting out of bed following surgery.) I now have to just take my time & know it :(
I sit up in bed for 1 min, then swing my legs over the side of the bed & sit for 1 min, then slide off the bed with feet on the floor (but supported by the bed) and stand for 1 min & only then if I don't feel dizzy, start walking! A pain in the butt, tho!
