2nd Surgery Complete. Yay!

At home resting after my 2nd surgery, all nodes out and more surgical margin taken this time.  Get results back on Tuesday Arvy.  I hope this is it for surgery now, I really get anxious and nervous going under.

I am feeling pretty good considering.  I was able to come home after only 1 night sleep over in hospital, so that was great.   My under arm and upper arm is numb, so the drain isn't hurting as much as I thought it would.  It aches a bit at night, but I just reach for the stronger pain killers to sleep. Although, I need to get some prunes tomorrow hahahahhaaa:o) 

So, more waiting patiently until Tuesday for results and hopefully my treatment plan.  Tony and I are going to go for 1 more ivf cycle and cross fingers we get a better response from the daily jabs this time.

    Hi Rach,

    Good to hear that your 2nd op went well and that are recovering quickly. The numb sensation in the upper arm does feel a bit weird at first but you get used to it. I just think now it will only hurt on one side to have my underarms waxed. I found that rest a pillow underneath is a great help. Did they give you a special pillow for breast operations? Good luck for Tuesday.

    Hello beauty....I am glad you are back at home, rest as much as you can and try to be positive....meditate and this Tuesday think what you want to hear...Our bodies, minds and souls are very powerful, we only need to believe on them!!
