2nd margin excision success
Yesterday I went back for my report re 28JAN margin excision surgery.
Tears came when the report said : CLEAR.

I have been thinking of you. Good to hear the results of your 2nd surgery.
I really was not given much choice myself as i was told that i will be giving myself the best chance with chemo by my breast surgeon. I did not even realise that it was a choice. That aside, i had my first chemo yesterday. 5 more to go. I dont know what the days ahead will be but at the moment i feel just fine.
It is all very personal. I have a biteral mastectory although i only needed to remove my left breast. I am at peace with my decision.
