Hi All, Its been a while, This year I have had reconstruction by tram flap. It was very painful for around 8 weeks but now all good. I have just completed my 2nd Encore Program and meet a lovely bunch of ladies. What is Encore? It is an 8 week program designed specifically for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their life. Incorporating gentle excercises, relaxation techniques, information, it is safe fun and therapeutic. Anyone interested for next year run in school terms contact YWCA ENCORE  xxxxxxx
