Hi nadi i have read some where that low dose anxiety med.? maybe Affexor has been used to relieve these side effect worth a try 
Thanks Tried Effexor years ago for mild depression. Gave me very bad headaches and head spins. Not keen to go on it again. A shawl is a good idea.
