The thought of loosing our hair is scary at first but like you most of us get to the point and think bugger it I'll shave it off. Its sort of empowering I think gives us control again, for a short while anyway.
To be honest I got to the point that my hair loss was not important I had other things to think about, that being said when it started to grow back Iw as so excited.
Here I am 19 months post chemo and I still have my chemo curls!
