I was scared witless.I am 59 and had never been in a hospital in my life,until 4 months ago when I had my mastectomy.It was nowhere near as bad as I thought,and if I had believed the ladies on here,I would not have worried AS much.The pain afterwards is very bearable,and I have heard lots of ladies say the same.
