Hi Al, is the place where you walk called King's Park? I had a 5 day break in Perth in October, while my husband was on business there. I spent the first day walking all around King's park, 5.5 hours in total. The weather was perfect, and the place so pretty, and it had been tidied up for the Queens visit the following week. Perth is a really pretty place. I was in Perth when I suffered complications following my second mastectomy and insertion of tissue expanders. I was getting ready to leave after 5 days, and suddenly had a spontaneous bleed and hematoma develop. Instead of the airport, I went straight to the Royal Perth Hospital. I needed surgery to remove , clean out and then replace the expander. I was very lucky that a Dr Brigid Corrigan, a specialist breast reconstructive surgeon was on duty that day. She operated after speaking with my plastic surgeon here in Sydney. This was day 20 after my original surgery. I was very impressed with her.
