So you should be proud of yourself.You are a real trooper.You are over the worst for sure and radiation will be just more of an inconvenience.Can't comment on Hercepton- never had it.You are amazing walking for 55mins aday.Is that outside in the heat or on a treadmill?I reckon I could do that on a treadmill in airconditioning but outside is a different story- the hot flushes would cause internal combustion! Gosh,I wouldn't worry about 1.5kg- you'll probably pee that off this week! I had a nice family day Christmas but that night I spent throwing up in the toilet.Too much rich food I think because I was fine the next day.So I didn't put on any kilos.Today I woke up sick with a sore throat and headache so won't be feeling like midnight celebrations. I don't usually get sick but have copped a double dose this week.Chemo is a good yard stick because after you have that,nothing else seems too bad! Enjoy your new year celebrations and hope all goes well next Thursday as I'm sure it will.I think you should plan a big present/reward for yourself for when you finish the last chemo- you deserve it,congrats in advance.
