1 chemo to go!

Last Monday was my 2nd last chemo! 1 week delay due to my previous hospital stays but glad to have it over & done with!

Hubby & kids kept me company but went off to finish off Xmas shopping & have lunch etc....it was nice for them to see where Mum gets her chemo & how it all happens.

Beautiful number 3 Rose chosen & planted next to the others! Only 1 left to finish the collection!

So hoping all will continue with no problems this time....and that we can enjoy quality & fun school holiday fun, lying low and staying home watching movies & playing board games etc!

  • What a beautiful family photo!

I am new here so haven't followed your journey but I do wish you all the very best with your last chemo.  Enjoy the school holidays with your precious children.

  • Hi Jen Hope these last 2 are smooth sailing. Nearly over the worst! You know spending quality time as a family is one of the positives that can come out of all this. Enjoy lying low, watching movies and playing games together! Take care, it's a slow jog not a sprint to that finishing line. Deanne xxxx
  • What a precious photo!Look at their smiles! How great one to go Jen.I am feeling good, and start Tamoxifen on 10th January.I had no extra side effects last cycle, except that my nails are really sore, and are continuing to go darker. They have quite distinct bands across them now.By the way,it was a good idea for the kids to see where u have chemo.Take care Jen. xoxo. • Congratulations Jenpen to be nearing the end.  Fingers crossed it all goes well for you and you can keep well.

How lucky you are to have a precious family that you have.  The rose idea is a great thing to commemorate what was and each one will have their own lil story to tell.  It will commemorate that you had BC and you beat it.

Well done hun and keep on keepin on.

    Lots of luv, Mich xoxoxoxoox
