Thank you Amy and sorry to hear about your secondary diagnosis too. Yes I know about the Hopes and Hurdles pack but have been too frightened to reach out for it at this time....like you said, the fear of more 'doom and gloom' is there for me at the moment...but perhaps in time I will get a hold of a pack xxx
