Seeing surgeon for results today

Hi ladies, well finally after almost 4 months, today is the day I get the results from my recent surgery. I am stumped over what to ask her because of course it depends on what the results are as to what questions I would need to ask. Further surgery, chemo, radiation etc. Its all unknown to me right now. The only thing I have written down is to ask for a copy of my biopsy report. Can anyone think of anything else so I don't come out of there thinking I need to make another appointment just to ask my questions? Thanks xx Lesley

    @nonkyboy I think you will find the questions will come naturally as the surgeon will detail the results.  As we all know the diagnosis is the same but the rest is so individual!

    Thanks @steplightly I have my daughter coming with me as another set of ears. Luckily for me she is on holiday here for 3 weeks as she is living in the U.K. At the moment. Asking for an email address is a great idea. I'll put that on the list. I had surgery 3 weeks ago so I am driving. I'll ask Amy to jot things down too as it's so easy to forget so much xx Lesley

    HI Lesley All the best today  Are you taking anyone with you  Make sure you understand each important bit  I saw the bc nurse straight after and she highlighted those for me  Invaluable as i have gone over the report a number of times  Are you driving yet  I took a bit of time to get back to that  perhaps ask if there is a timeframe for it.  Perhaps note things down as you discuss and ask for email address to maybe send questions you think of later  Thinking of you xo
