I could not agree more. I haven't posted for ages but I go to this thread every night and it is usually around 3 or 4 am and it's not to find new recipes for cocoa but to have a glimpse into how everyone is doing on Planet Cancer at the time of my 24 hour cycle when I feel most alone and abandoned. Maybe it's more like a chatroom than an info source, so be it. Insomniac's Alley? Reading everyone's experiences and feelings and comments is comforting and friendly and the sense of compassion and care I find here is reassuring. It's hard to explain to family and whatever few friends one might still have how the BC reality hovers around your awareness and the effect this has on every part of your life. But you only need to check in here to see you are sharing something so strong and demanding with others who do understand. It's not just looking for hot tips for Snoozeville.
