@Vallerina I used Remifemin tablets when going thru menopause years ago and found them very helpful with hot flushes. However think might be wise to read Memorial Sloan Kettering site about black cohosh as I recall is a caution for breast cancer patients because of oestrogenic effect - maybe a chat with oncologist might be an idea too.
