Tired

You were right Kathy, I havent had the energy to organise catching up with people.  There have been a few issues to deal with that zapped my emotional energy.  I havent felt up to dressing up, putting on make up and will do so after the next Chemo, lucky No. 7 next Thursday.  I will get my zest for socializing back Im sure!  Big hugs to all those wonderful ladies who have given me great emotional support and a chance to complain, yell and cry without feeling Im on my own!  I am still smiling, and still optimistic!  Love Bel

    Hi Bel,

    How are you feeling? I hope you are getting some energy back and making sure you just focusing on you?

    I came across this the other day - and I am going to use it on those days when I just want to take some time out.
