Hi all,
I too live in a rural area, BUT only 75 meters from my front door is the beach so the best of both worlds, we got 2 inches overall after the driest october on record ever, we too, are on tank water plumbed into our home and now will have enough to carry us through, the farmers here unhappy with the rain, but thats mother nature doing what she does best, everything is so fresh and the flowers in my little garden are looking up toward heaven so grateful for their drink -just being able to appreciate these things makes me feel better after a pretty horrible few weeks, blood pressure through the roof - unfortunately the oral chemo drugs are responsible - so now on another tablet to bring that down! but I have a lot to be grateful for - I turned the big 60 on the 25th of last month and look forward to many many more birthdays but for now grateful for today and going to have tea with my son and granddaughter tonight and cant wait to see the look on his face when I tell them I have bought them a block of land and am going to build them a new home, this came about due to the death of my beloved father, so will always have peace of mind they will have a roof of their own over their heads, to everyone out there in bcna land rainbows and hugs
