Your medical team may not know because many of the purported benefits are far from proven. Turmeric may be an anti-inflammatory, but also may not. No anti-cancer benefits from turmeric/curcumin have been proven to my knowledge. No idea what soya is recommended for. None of if may do any harm but I’m with @iserbrown - it’s expensive stuff to just flush through your system! - iserbrownMemberTaking supplements, if not needed, can be expensive wee!
- tismeMembermedical team as in oncologist ( who doesnt seem to know much about such things ) or cancer care team ?? who doesnt either
- iserbrownMemberWhat is the soya supposed to be for?
Definitely be guided by your medical team - June1952MemberThe best advice is that given by your own medical team. 😊
