@Deanne Off out for a sweaty evening walk right now. I am working with a naturopath trying several different combos. I have a lovely exercise physiologist who I saw last year and am about to start having some more sessions with him. I am a sweaty work in progress. I must tell my daughter that Sharon is doing the TREK. Jordan just graduated last year and whilst she was at school she belonged to a group of young ladies who raised funds to help local breast cancer ladies and their families and Sharon was their ambassador. That's where I heard her talk once, she was very inspiring. Keep up the good work... 430am on a Sunday!!! You go girl ;)
