Yes @"Hopes and Dreams" that is exactly it for me. If I let the Cancer into my mind too much then I do feel like I will be losing even more time to it! Thank-you @"Michelle R" this trek will do even more to help me grow as a person and become more resilient too. Ha, the knees, @Afraser! Mine give me a little trouble from time to time too! Just enough to keep me nervous :). I will be taking two knee supports with me, just in case ;) Oh @socoda, I feel like I am climbing every mountain at the moment with my training! My legs were really feeling it this morning going up Mt Coolum with the pack on my back. This week so far I have hiked up about 1320m. But the views where I walk are just gorgeous, so that keeps me going! Trekking in Nepal has really helped me to push myself out into the world again. It was very hard to overcome that fear of what might happen one day but then I realised that I could turn that fear into motivation.
