I'm sorry to hear that you are having such a crap time but after reading your post and everybody's responses, I know now that I'm not going mad for feeling the same way and that we are allowed to have out 'melt-downs' or 'reality moments'
Your comments and other's responses have also helped me enormously so thank you. We will get through this :)
