Physical activity events coming up around Australia

I found this handy physical activities event calendar last week and wanted to share it with you all - http://exerciseismedicine.org.au/active-workplaces/events

It might be a good tool to guide some activity goal setting over the next few months.

I would love to hear from anyone who has a goal they are working towards e.g. fun run, distance in pool, treck, an adventure planned .....
