It's Lisa from the Policy Team. I am sorry to hear about the stiffness and pain you are experiencing. I would encourage you to talk to your doctor about these symptoms as he or she will best be able to help and talk about what options you may have that would best suit your individual circumstances.
Many women find that it can also be helpful to get a second opinion, especially if they feel their doctor is not listening to them or they would like another perspective.
