i am having a lumpectomy on 6/1 and I was wondering if I will need a specific type of bra to wear home. Silly question maybe but it's just popped into my head

Another vote for the postsurgical Berlei bra - think they're on sale in the shops at the moment. Opens at the front (or back, got two hooky setups!), soft. My BS recommended to wear it 24/7 and have pretty much done so for weeks. The free one arranged by the breast care nurse in hospital arrived about a week after surgery - handy to have 2.
