I think it would take a while to work up to 30 minutes of skipping for me. Do they mention the importance of stretching after exercising? I have had a few injuries over the years from not being diligent with stretching after exercising. I imagine warming up would also be important. I think we have to be careful of trying to do too much ourselves without proper supervision and advice. As you have said Robyn, it is important to get advice and support from someone who is experienced with working with women who have had the types of surgeries that we have. This can be hard enough in the city but next to impossible in regional areas, so thank-you for sharing what you are learning. :) Deanne xxx
