Glad to hear you are doing well and finding ways to boost your mood and energy. I love my morning walk so much now that I practically leap out of bed to get dressed and out the door!
In the afternoons I walk on my treadmill and do some Pilates and yoga. While this still boosts my energy it is also a bit of relaxation and thinking time.
Then each night before bed I do some lymphatic self massage to keep my lymphoedema at bay. The bonus is I sleep better for all the exercise and the relaxing massage!
My ability to cope with things has finally improved and I feel content with my life again. Maybe even more content than before breast cancer because of what I have learnt about myself.
