Thank you for your reply. I will ask all the questions i can think of to avoid chemo. i have a 3% benefit i am told and I should do everything I can to avoid the risk. I took the zoladex for about 4 months during my AC treatment, I was triple negative so oestrogen wasn't an issue it was able to have babies. The zoladex was pretty bad night sweats, moodiness awake at night on top of all the chemo side effects. Thinking back now 12 years later I'm glad I went through it as I now have 2 beautiful children. My periods return straight after my next zoladex injection was due. I have since removed my ovaries and tubes as a precaution given i have the BRAC1 and went to instant menopause. First week felt strange mood wise however overall not as bad as zoladex, winter was fine no hot sweats summer was a little restless but nowhere as bad as the zoladex. Good luck!!
