Yes I did but since the muscles were cut through to the scapula and I did know till recently and the only muscle power I had came from bisep which was doing all the work, no matter what nothing was going to switch on cut up lats and chest muscles . It doesn't tell you how to switch them on again or take allowance that they are cut up so just not there and no one tells you The arm was never going to move on just the work of a bisep It just refused.I did follow the tape and nothing was working and I was sick of being blamed by everyone and accused of sitting on the couch doing nothing as if they have put a hidden camera in my house and they know it all ...being told it was all my fault. was a kick in the guts on a constant basis. People should just come out and tell you everything has been cut up muscles and all , instead of playing the blame game. Thanks anyway Peta
