Oh Sharon thank you so much for that excellent advice. I hope you are feeling well again and that life continues to improve for you. I know it takes more than a book to treat depression but I would like to recommend 'The Happiness Trap' by Russ Harris as friends with depression tell me it has been a huge help to them in managing their condition.
