Hi Meg - I am now the proud owner of your book and it is sitting on my desktop in my new Kindle App! I have been reading for the past hour and have reached the Be Present and Mindful section. You are going to help a lot of people, Meg. From the yoga breathing in Take a Moment (which really helped me through so many situations) to the coping and accepting mechanisms - it is all so real and practical. You have done an amazing job, and I haven't even finished it yet!! I want to absorb the 36% I have read so far. It's really, really good, Meg - your family must be so proud of you. I am! xxx
