Mothers' Day Classic
This will be my 8th year walking in this event at Parramatta. Does anyone else on the forum participate? It is a great day. This year I will be out with my green, teal and pink ribbons. "Don't ignore ...
It was bitterly cold at Parramatta Park for this event.
For the first time ever people who had had breast cancer or who have breast cancer were in a special group in front of all the other walkers. I impressed myself. The only people finishing in front of me, walking 4km., were children. Pretty good for someone with metastatic breast cancer!
My husband won his age division in the 8km. run. All in all a great day!
